The Evaluation

The Family Healthy Living early intervention program was developed using an evidence-based approach and will undergo a process and outcome evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the reach and efficacy of the program, as well as to gain an understanding of the issues involved in implementing and sustaining program delivery across British Columbia. The child questionnaires will include measures of:

The parent questionnaire will include measures of:

    • Family Physical Activity behaviours

    • Child Mental Well-being
    • Child Sleep Habits
    • Parent Confidence with Healthy Habits
